Animal Patients

If you are contacting us for an analysis of an animal, follow these simple steps:

1. Click here for a pdf of a questionnaire for you to print and complete. Note: to view and print this document you require *Adobe Reader which may be downloaded for free from: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/

2. A recent colour photograph of your animal.

3. A cheque or money order made payable to Distance Healing UK in the sum of (UK) £57 (International) £63

4. Take a hair sample close to the skin using clean hands and scissors.  Note: Brushings may be contaminated therefore we request a clean cut sample (minimum 30 hairs). 

5. Place sample in a clean, unused and unscented paper envelope clearly marked with the name of your animal, your name and the date.

6. In a separate envelope place all of the above and mail to:

7. Analysis and remedy will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of your completed application.
